Road rager turns himself in for slashing Uber driver in Midtown – New York Daily News

A person accused of slashing an Uber driver throughout a street rage incident in Midtown turned himself in early Friday, police stated.

Steven Graham, 35, surrendered to cops on the Midtown North Precinct about 2 a.m. and was charged with assault.

He was driving a Ford Windstar down W.50th St. when he tried to cross the 25-year-previous Uber driver on the best close to Seventh Ave. about three:45 p.m. Thursday.

The Uber driver, who had a passenger in his GMC Arcadia, moved ahead and wouldn’t let Graham cross, sparking an argument, officers stated.

Witnesses advised police Graham flipped the Uber driver off after he was lastly allowed to move.

The incensed Uber driver lowered his driver’s aspect window and screamed “You’re a b—h,” based on police sources.

That’s when Graham allegedly acquired out of his minivan with a knife hidden behind his again, ran over and slashed his sufferer, who was nonetheless seated in his car, in the forearm. Graham jumped again into his minivan and sped off, cops stated.

Medics took the Uber driver to Mount Sinai St. Luke’s with a minor damage, cops stated.

Cops charged Graham with assault. His arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court was pending.
