HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) —

A grand jury has declined to indict an Uber driver accused of sexually assaulting a passenger.

In December, Qahtan Talib was arrested after a lady claimed he sexually assaulted her whereas they have been parked at a northeast Houston fuel station in June 2016.

According to surveillance video, Talib and the sufferer have been collectively within the automotive for 11 minutes.

Talib denied assaulting the lady.

The sufferer initially informed ABC13 that she was consuming together with her associates in downtown Houston. She continued celebrating at her pal’s house in north Houston.
