Two individuals have been wounded, including an Uber driver, in a capturing on the Northwest Side Saturday, the Chicago Fire Department stated.
Police stated two gunmen have been firing photographs at a documented gang member within the 2200-block of North Latrobe Avenue at about three:15 a.m. Then, an Uber driver close by felt ache in his leg after he dropped off a passenger, the Chicago Fire Department stated.
The 37-year-previous driver was wounded within the leg and hospitalized in secure situation. The sufferer informed the Chicago Fire Department that he’s an Uber driver. Uber has not been capable of affirm that the sufferer drives for Uber.
The different sufferer, a 24-year-previous man, was additionally hospitalized in secure situation.
Chicago police are investigating. No one is in custody.
